Our preserves in a generous one-litre jar. The largest size we make, and a fine choice for a busy kitchen, a serious jam lover, or a gift that lasts. Choose from different flavours, all made in copper pans with local seasonal fruit and no added pectin. Don't see your favourite flavour? Contact us for a special request.

*UNOPENED you preserve will last one year if kept in a cool dark place, (cupboard, pantry, closet etc)
JAMS:
Once opened the JAMS will last up to 3 months in the fridge. It is recommended that you scoop a small amount of jam into a smaller jar to use everyday to avoid cross contamination and keep the liter size jar at the back of the fridge where the temperature is the coldest.
MARMALADE: once opened, the marmalade (orange, grapefruit, lemon etc) will last up to a year in the fridge. It is recommended that you scoop a small amount of jam into a smaller jar to use everyday to avoid cross contamination and keep the liter size jar at the back of the fridge where the temperature is the coldest.
Alternatively you could also freeze the jam but the consistency may change once thawed.
