Infusing herbs, flowers and roots in vinegar is a way to extract minerals and vitamins and turning a simple condiment into a vibrant, flavourful and nutritious vinegar.
All the herbs, roots and flowers used in this vinegar are mineral rich, energizing and full of flavours. They have been carefully chosen from certified organic local farms, foraged or grown in my garden.
How to use:
Combine the vinegar with olive oil for salads, or sprinkle over vegetables with sea salt and pepper. Add a spoonful to a glass of warm water with raw honey for full benefits.
